Safe Communities America welcomes New Castle, PA

The National Safety Council on Feb. 23 accredited New Castle, PA, as a Safe Community through its Safe Communities America program. New Castle is the third community in Pennsylvania to achieve accreditation and the 26th Safe Community in the United States.
