“Melissa leads the Employee Safety Committee, First Aid Responder Committee, Managers Safety Advisory Board and Ergonomic Assessment Team. Melissa also coordinates all safety drills, such as the annual evacuation drill of the entire 27-building, 52-acre campus. Melissa is also active in the academic community to lead the future generations of safety professionals; she is a member of the Gateway Community College Advisory Board and the Western Universities Training Consortium Board.”
