“After noticing an increase in preventable collisions in her region, Jenifer partnered with other safety professionals to discuss a safety intervention initiative for locations that were struggling with safety performance. She rolled out a roundtable meeting for all of her locations as an opportunity to share the problems they were facing and work as a team to develop solutions. Jenifer chaired the meetings in three states. She designed and presented the ‘Know Your Safety Score’ program content that coached managers into understanding their collisions, their safety goals, and how to reach those goals through accurate trending and positive interactions with employees.”
