OSHA to host discussion of safety and health program management guidelines
The meeting will take place at the Department of Labor’s Frances Perkins Building in Washington from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. OSHA officials are slated to provide an overview of draft changes made to the guidelines and address questions raised by stakeholders.
Seating for the meeting is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Stakeholders who wish to ask questions during the meeting should submit them in advance to email@example.com.
The draft, released in November, is an update to a voluntary document originally issued 26 years ago. The update contains new material intended to help small and medium-sized businesses, and addresses multi-employer worksites. Public comments on the draft are due Feb. 14.
