Muhammad Bin Khamis Butt
Age 32
Process Safety Engineer
Petro Rabigh Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex
Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

“Muhammad initiated and led OSOM (out of sight, out of mind) campaign to highlight hidden hazards in remote locations and processes. The intent of that campaign was to motivate people to review non-routine activities and procedures and visit remote locations like offsite, baggage area, ponds, warehouse, etc. The campaign was a success and we were able to highlight numerous serious injury potential observations, which were later addressed to avoid any injury or accident.”
