“Neilor created new safety programs to include the Traffic Safety, Motorcycle Safety, Laser Safety, Radiation Safety, and Recreational Safety Programs. He conducted trend analysis and statistical analysis using the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System, which identified major causal factors of mishaps over the past two years. He was able to determine the root causes behind mishaps and to build a prevention strategy that prevents mishaps before they occur. He assisted in developing and implementing the “101 Critical Days of Summer Campaign Plan,” which focused on developing training and providing resources to personnel during the summer.”
