Chemistry council offers spray polyurethane foam training

Washington – The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry of the American Chemistry Council recently launched a free online safety training program for workers who use spray polyurethane foam.

The self-paced training takes approximately two hours to complete and covers SPF ingredients, safe use, handling, disposal and safety control measures, according to an ACC press release.

After completing the training, users receive a “recognition of completion” card valid for two years. Employers and customers then verify an applicant has successfully completed the program.
