After being unanimously confirmed by the Senate, Cynthia L. Attwood on Feb. 16 was sworn in as commissioner of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

Attwood previously held several positions at the Department of Labor, including administrative appeals judge on the DOL Administrative Review Board and associate solicitor for occupational safety and health, according to an OSHRC press release.
