NIOSH seeks supervisors for research project

NIOSH researchers would like to hear from English-speaking supervisors about how their companies communicate safety and health information to non-English-speaking or limited-English-speaking workers. U.S.-based supervisors in the construction, agriculture and service (with the exception of health and social services) industries who are interested in participating in this study should e-mail Sheri Hester at [email protected] to set up an appointment for a brief telephone interview. No personal or company identification information will be disclosed to NIOSH.

NIOSH hopes to use the information to produce and disseminate model training products that will help supervisors across a broad range of work sectors and encourage the training industry to produce more useful products.
