Washington – The Drug Enforcement Agency will be hosting National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on April 27.

Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. local time, people can bring unused and unwanted medications to sites across the country for safe disposal. This is the sixth national take-back day, and DEA said it has collected a total of more than 2 million pounds of prescription medications at past events.
