DOL launches website for regulatory feedback

Washington – A new online tool for collecting suggestions for improving regulations and the regulatory review process now is available, the Department of Labor announced March 16.

The tool is part of DOL’s effort to comply with Presidential Executive Order 13563 (.pdf file), which instructs federal agencies to conduct periodic reviews to determine whether significant regulations are “outmoded, ineffective, insufficient or excessively burdensome” and to modify, expand or repeal them accordingly.

Comments are due March 31.
