Fire council offers free firefighter health webinars
Greenbelt, MD – Four free webinars covering health and wellness topics for fire and emergency service workers are available on demand, the National Volunteer Fire Council announced Nov. 2.
The webinars explain the importance of insulin, the impact of stress on firefighter heart health, basic nutrition and firefighter functional fitness.
To watch the webinars, register on NVFC's website as a student with access code “6832.”
