Washington – Cynthia Attwood has been re-nominated to serve until 2019 as a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

Attwood has served as one of three commissioners at OSHRC since February 2010. Her current appointment ends later this month, and she was re-nominated by President Barack Obama on March 21. Her nomination must be confirmed by the Senate.

OSHRC hears citation disputes between OSHA and employers.
