Jan. 12 marked the second anniversary of the National Safety Council's call for a total ban on cell phone use while driving. NSC recently hired an outside firm to conduct a survey of Fortune 500 companies about their cell phone policies. Preliminary results indicate that 1 out of every 5 companies surveyed has a total ban in place for all employees. View the press release and more in-depth survey results (.pdf file).
