Am I focused on the right risks?
How do I know?
What will happen if I’m wrong?

When it comes to issues like process and personal safety, security and vulnerability, reliability and uptime, and the looming possibility of a catastrophic event, organizations struggle with the answers to these three questions every day. And the stakes are often very high.

While there's no single right answer, there is a path that can help you arrive at the best answers for you and your organization.

Regardless of the current state of your risk management programs and processes, your organization can benefit from understanding the components that leading companies are implementing along a path to comprehensive risk management. The key considerations on this journey include:

  • Risk Identification Methods
  • Risk Processing and Standardization of Classification and Actions
  • Organizational Knowledge and Controls Management
  • Risk Analytics and Optimal Visibility

Ultimately, these approaches can and should be key components of your Operational Excellence programs and help ensure your organization is focusing in the right areas -- both with human and capital resources.
