Safety Made Simple with Mobile Forms, Devices and the Cloud

When

7/18/17 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm CDT

Event Description

Reducing injuries and safety hazards on jobsites is the ultimate goal for many health and safety professionals. Shockingly, 78% of safety professionals are currently using outdated methods to manage safety tasks and, as a result, only 19% are being notified of safety hazards in real time. But what if mobile devices and apps could dramatically help?

Join ProntoForms on July 18th at 1:00pm EST as we take an in-depth look at the current state of safety and technology, based on recent research results. We’ll explore how better safety practices can be easily improved with technology; how a simple toolkit of powerful iOS devices, a mobile forms app, and cloud content management platforms like Box can streamline safety practices; and how automated mobile workflows carve the path to a safer jobsite, allowing safety professionals to significantly improve workplace safety and compliance scores. Finally, we’ll present several case studies, from small businesses to large enterprises, across multiple industries, to examine how they have leveraged mobility for their safety operations, and see how they've reduced risk and improved productivity.

In this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • What the average safety process currently looks like and the pitfalls of using outdated methods
  • “The Four Steps to Better Safety” and how technology could dramatically simplify these steps
  • What a mobile workflow is and what should be in your mobile safety toolkit
  • How an end-to-end mobile solution carves the path to a safer jobsite
  • How powerful iOS devices help you capture critical safety information
  • Where the effective use of pushing/pulling data from Box supports business process
  • How customers from a cross-section of industries have automated safety processes using ProntoForms on iOS devices
