Protective Industrial Products, a Latham, NY-based hand protection and personal protective equipment manufacturer, recently announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DJG Corp. Pty Ltd., the Australian parent company of Bisley Workwear.

Aclaimant, a leading software as a service company in Chicago that digitizes risk management offices, announced a product collaboration with ClickSafety, a Burlington, MA-based industry-leading provider of online safety compliance training programs.

Milliken & Co. recently announced it has donated 70,000 reusable fabric gowns to Singapore-based QMT Industrial & Safety PTE. QMT Safety will distribute the gowns to local hospitals to help provide additional personal protective equipment for frontline workers. The donation was the result of a limited supply of excess inventory of Level 1 PPE gowns at a South Carolina-based Milliken manufacturing facility.

The acquisition “further solidifies PHC’s position as a market leader in the design, production and distribution of safety cutting products,” a press release from PHC says.
