$262,500 to a discount store in Texas for failing to have clear exits and passageways, secured gas cylinders, and unblocked portable fire extinguishers
$75,610 to a Mississippi lumber mill for guarding violations related to an employee being killed when he became entangled in a conveyor belt
$41,000 to a Florida tree service for aerial lift violations in connection with the death of a tree trimmer
