Washington – Democrats and Republicans have selected their respective leaders for the House Workforce Protections Subcommittee.
Rep. Tim Walberg (R-MI) will chair the subcommittee, which falls under the Education and the Workforce Committee. On the other side of the aisle, Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) will serve as the subcommittee’s ranking member.
Walberg has chaired the subcommittee since the 112th Congress. Wilson takes over the position as the subcommittee’s top Democrat from Rep. Joe Courtney (D-CT).
