National Safety Council Chief Financial Officer Patrick Phelan has been named a 2015 “CFO of the Year” by the Daily Herald Business Ledger. The award recognizes financial executives who contribute to the success of the Chicagoland area’s economic growth and stability. Patrick will be recognized at a reception in July and featured in an August column of the Daily Herald Business Ledger.
