A new mobile game aims to educate drivers about the beeps, flashing icons and technologies that are common in many of today’s vehicles.
In “Dashboard Blitz,” players work at a virtual auto expo booth, where they answer customer questions about crash prevention technologies such as blind spot monitors and back-up cameras. The game was developed by MyCarDoesWhat, a campaign from the National Safety Council and the University of Iowa that aims to raise awareness about how vehicle safety features can help prevent crashes.
