The National Safety Council has announced the 2017 CEOs Who “Get It” – a group of seven leaders who demonstrate a personal commitment to worker safety and health. The 2017 honorees are:
- Raymond Brown, CEO, ESCO Group
- Tim Gassmann, President and CEO, Millhiser Smith Agency Inc.
- Larry Hogan, CEO, H+M Industrial EPC
- Maj. Gen. Andrew Mueller, Chief of Safety, United States Air Force
- Tim Murray, CEO, Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C
- Ryan Niles, CEO, Niles Industrial Coatings
- Joe Slater, President and CEO, Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative
“These leaders understand that nothing drives business like employee safety,” Deborah A.P. Hersman, president and CEO of NSC, said in a press release. “They have set a high bar for both their peers and employees, and we are proud to recognize their efforts.”
