$77,000 to a Georgia glass product producer in connection with a worker whose finger was amputated while removing a glass mold from a bottle shaping machine
$62,300 to a supermarket and restaurant equipment remanufacturer in Georgia for several alleged hazards including fire, explosions and falls
$50,400 to a Hawaiian concrete manufacturer for a variety of violations, including failure to adequately evaluate workplace hazards and failure to protect workers from amputation hazards

The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs – part of the White House’s Office of Management and Budget – reviews proposed regulations. The process is required for most rules before they can move forward, and typically takes 90 days.
