OSHA releases electronic form for whistleblower complaints

Washington – Workers can now submit whistleblower complaints electronically, OSHA announced Dec. 4.

The new form can be filled out online, and then it will be routed to the appropriate regional investigator. Previously, whistleblowers had to file a written complaint or call the agency.

OSHA enforces the whistleblower provisions of 22 statutes, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
