$74,610 to a Colorado Springs, CO-based dairy food manufacturer for a variety of alleged hazards, including falls and unguarded machinery
$73,000 to a Georgia carpet manufacturer for allegations it exposed workers to chemical and electrical hazards, as well as other violations
$72,380 to an Illinois construction contractor for alleged cave-in hazards during a trenching operation
