Chadwick Pohle
Age 35
Director of Safety and Security
Montage Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach, CA
“With a creative approach to associate safety, Chad revitalized the efforts of the resort’s safety committee, emphasizing a proactive approach involving monthly safety topics which are taught, emphasized, and reinforced to every associate. With this goal in mind, Chad and his team have posted a bulletin board containing relevant topics, and a ‘wellbeing ticker’ that tracks how many consecutive days the associates have remained injury-free. Chad has also become an active member of the resort’s wellness committee, fusing wellness and safety programs into wellbeing initiatives. Chad’s goals are not just lofty ideas; they are solid objectives.”
