Mitchell Pryor
Age 24
Safety Manager
ARCO/Murray Corporate Services Inc.
St. Louis, MO

“Mitch led two major safety initiatives over the past year. The first initiative was the creation of our superintendent documentation tracking “Score Card” incentives program. This program was not widely accepted by our site superintendents at first, but after Mitch personally explained the importance of meaningful jobsite safety inspections and record keeping, it was a huge success. The second initiative was ensuring that all superintendents and project managers held current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications. He personally traveled to jobsites around the country to retrain all employees who were not current. In 2015 Mitch trained over 110 employees in First Aid/CPR/AED, most of which were one-on-one trainings on a jobsite either before or after regular working hours.”
