He improved internal processes for accurately estimating risk, verifying safety design and validating safety installation. In addition, Jeff collaborated with the executive leadership team of this Fortune 500 company on integrating this safety upgrade project into a sustainable machine safety program. Jeff led the development efforts on their corporate machine safety program, including program policies, audit protocols, safety engineering specifications, project processes, and training. The most unique part of this project was developing a custom web-based tool used by the EHS team to track the progress and improvement of machine safety upgrades across all equipment.”
