“Tyler had noticed that we did not have a corporate Emergency Action Plan in place. Thus, Tyler went to work addressing the issues, developing a plan, obtaining evacuation maps and signage, scheduling first aid/CPR/AED training, applying his safety knowledge and developing a universal training system that all of our branch locations can utilize. To date, there have been over 150 employees trained at our corporate headquarters and one drill of the system was conducted in under two minutes of the goal. This has made a huge impact with everyone in the building and they are now put at ease knowing that we have a plan and everyone knows what to do should we have an event.”
