Corporate Profiles: Accuform

Community service and corporate responsibility are deeply rooted at Accuform. Accuform believes that making a difference in the world isn’t only a vision – it’s a mission that brings communities together. Facility safety identification is our expertise, but charitableness and volunteerism are a way of life at Accuform. Our involvement assists in building a strong sense of community, which is critical to healthy and safe work environments. Over the past decade, helping children has been our focus. Every year, the entire Accuform family goes shopping for needy children in our community to provide them with a Christmas they may otherwise not have received. Sadly, the need is in every community, throughout every day of the year. With that in mind, Accuform is doing its part to make a difference. Last year we mailed out over 160 free Lockout Hunger Donation Boxes, upon request, to feed a need in virtually every community: the need for food. This box sat in many offices throughout the United States and brought in an estimated 48,000 pounds of non-perishable food for local food banks in communities just like yours. Thank you for joining us in being a community changer in 2018 and beyond. If just one of your employees takes ownership of this box and drives food donations throughout the entire year, your company can make a significant difference in your community. Doing good works goes a long way and volunteering is a win-win-win activity. Several years ago, Accuform decided to give back to its community in the style of an extreme school makeover, also known as Operation Upgrade. We made upgrades to three local schools. With supplies in hand, volunteers added graphics on doors, windows, brick walls, front gates and hallways. The upgrades transformed the educational experience for our future leaders, the students.
