“The fresh eye assessment program was introduced by Arul with the vision to improve and sustain the EHS performance, identify all high-risk areas and help reduce potential life-changing incidents. He devised a plan to calibrate the outcome of the program to identify opportunities for improvement and provided guidance for mitigation and enhanced performance. He engaged and partnered with site EHS members and operational leaders, which helped them understand the sites better and also train themselves. The outcome of analysis was communicated via dashboard to leadership to further prioritize focus on high-risk areas.”
