“When the company began an IT project to replace myriad site EHS databases with a corporatewide database with different modules for incident investigation, corrective actions, document control, etc., Brad volunteered to lead the design and workflow for a first-party EHS auditing program module. Brad solicited input from the sites, then created a standardized audit form and process that could both gather information on aspects of behavioral safety and examine focused safety topics through use of a set of detailed auditing checklists that he created. Observations can now be trended companywide.”
