Mike partnered with key operational leaders to execute a risk reduction plan. A key strategy involved building a highly competent safety team charged with creating a positive work environment and people-centric safety culture. Through daily safety partnering ‘wins’ and integrating safety into all aspects of the program, the team reduced injury rates by 66% and achieved a milestone of 1M hours-worked without a days-away case.”
