“Lino has successfully planned and organized various health and safety campaigns across the projects, which have made positive influences. He has involved the workforce, authorities, and health and safety training providers as part of the program to give a clear message to the workforce. Lino finds time to consult with and mentor HSE professionals through various platforms to share the knowledge. He is an IOSH Executive Committee member of UAE branch. Lino also has organized a number of awareness programs on labor camps, and enhanced the near miss reporting significantly through trainings and awareness programs.”
