Effective July 15, John Damgaard is the new CEO of VelocityEHS, a global leader in cloud-based environment, health, safety and sustainability solutions. He succeeds company co-founder Glenn Trout, who transitioned into a new role as strategic advisor. Damgaard previously was CEO of MatrixCare, a cloud-based electronic health record systems organization. Before his time at MatrixCare, Damgaard served as senior vice president and chief operating officer at Mediware Information Systems (now WellSky).
