He was instrumental in the rollout and adoption of Clark's Kask hard hats and chin straps. By ensuring subcontractor contracts now include chin strap clauses, Josh has transformed the region's outlook on safety. Due to his efforts, Kask hard hats and chin straps have become the new normal at jobsites. Josh also initiated a pilot electrolyte popsicle program that aims to keep teams hydrated and eliminate incidents of heat stress and heatstroke during hot days.”
