“Tahir designed Annual Safety Day at our site with the theme ‘Take the Lead on Safety.’ All employees were appreciative of the intent and quality of agenda, which included top management message and expectations on HSE, international incident case studies of ‘What went wrong’ and what to learn from them, a panel discussion on behavioral safety improvement, and focus group sessions on safety culture improvement. Tahir developed the HSE Bulletin and issued it on a daily basis to capture and share HSE learnings during jobs. Daily meetings are conducted by engaging all management and other representative employees to discuss and share the learning with and by all participants.”
