“Chris took over the Contractor Management program in 2018 and completely rebuilt the program. He developed an electronic system for liaisons to proactively enter their contractor’s work activities prior to the scheduled work. This system leveraged the contractor’s approval status, including training and badge access. It eliminated the need for multiple paper documents for each of the contractors, streamlining the process and provided for evaluation of each contractor’s safety performance. This system was put to the test in two corporate safety audits and proved to be effective for a site our size within our organization.”
