“Andrew led the effort to reduce the number of motor vehicle accidents by implementing the Fleet Vehicle Telematics Program. The program encompasses over 450 vehicles and 2,000 drivers across 38 states. The program led to a 57% reduction in motor vehicle accidents. In 2021, Andrew piloted a forward-facing camera program in our fleet vehicles. As a result of that pilot program, we will be installing these forward-facing cameras in all fleet vehicles. Using the videos captured as a way to develop micro-training videos for our drivers, in hopes to change behavior through lessons learned.”
