“Mehboob developed an effective IOSH Branch in Qatar and achieved the President’s Distinguished Service Award in 2018 for his outstanding work. He did this with the challenges that come with a unique group of safety professionals in a complex work environment. He has developed a series of innovative lectures and branch meetings with clear roles for the committee members and a branch that regularly attracts 100 members each month, which, in turn, influences and enhances the safety performance of all those who represent the safety industry in Qatar.”
