“In 2018, Scott identified a pattern in musculoskeletal injuries. He hired an early intervention specialist to address these injuries. Employees were encouraged to report fatigue and discomfort as soon as they noticed it so they could be enrolled in this program. This specialist provides tailored stretching programs and job coaching to help employees work more ergonomically. Over 500 employees have participated in this program. More employees are going home pain-free than ever before.”
