Devon organized and led an action team that quickly developed a Lift Safe program involving strategic partnerships with vendors, leadership commitments, risk assessments, process changes and employee training. The program led to over $300,000 of new lifting devices, a significant reduction of the overall plant risk profile and ergonomic injuries/complaints reduced by 80%.”
