Bilbao, Spain — The latest adventures of Napo – the animated hero of a European Agency for Safety and Health at Work video series – aim to raise awareness of workplace violence.

EU-OSHA points out that workers in direct contact with patients, clients or members of the public may face a greater risk of experiencing verbal or physical abuse, “which can seriously impact your safety and health.”

In the new video, Napo and his colleagues learn how violence can be common among health care workers, food and drink servers, bus drivers, and parking attendants. The video offers practical solutions for employers.

All Napo videos are language-free to allow “people of all backgrounds, cultures and ages to understand and identify with him.”
