Salary Survey 2025

The EHS professional’s role in creating a culture of safety in the workplace is essential. You’re the bridge between employees and senior leadership. The champion of injury prevention and worker wellness efforts.
And you deserve to be fairly compensated. That’s why we conduct our annual salary survey of safety pros. With the help of National Safety Council Statistics Manager Ken Kolosh, we use the survey data to create charts that break down median salaries by industry, job title, education, number of years in the field, and more. (We also explain why we use median instead of average.) We hope you find it useful.
Thank you to everyone who took time to fill out our survey. Your input was vital. And now, the results are in.
