OSHA booklet discusses air quality hazards

Washington – OSHA in May released an educational booklet about the health effects of poor indoor air quality in office buildings.

The booklet (.pdf file) includes information for building owners, managers and employers on sources of indoor air pollutants, applicable OSHA standards, and preventing or minimizing IAQ problems.

The Environmental Protection Agency has identified IAQ as one of the top five environmental risks to public health.
