OSHA's Fairfax to retire

Washington – Assistant OSHA administrator Richard Fairfax will be retiring in May after more than 30 years with the agency, an OSHA spokesperson confirmed.

Fairfax, a certified industrial hygienist, previously served as the director of enforcement programs and acting director of construction programs.
