Culture Change: Winning Hearts and Minds for Safety

12/8/20 12:00 pm to 12/8/20 1:00 pm CST

Event Description

More than half of respondents to a safety survey “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that employees generally comply with safety rules and policies, but view workplace safety as “someone else’s job.” This illuminates continuing gaps in safety culture and areas of opportunity.

Avetta is pleased to host Cory Worden, leader in the safety space, for this a special webinar.

Join us to learn best practices in building a stronger safety culture and how to win over the hearts and minds of both leadership and workers when it comes to safety.

In this webinar, Cory will help attendees:

  • Identify the need for culture change
  • Understand the background on high-reliability operations and culture change
  • Identify the theoretical framework behind culture change
