Mark Tilkens is the Network Infrastructure Manager at Miller Electric Manufacturing Company, a leading maker of welding equipment and a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works. Miller Electric is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin and has 2000 employees. Mark has spent 35 years in the Information Technology department at Miller Electric. Mark is very familiar with the mass notification use cases deployed at Miller Electric, including how those interface with IT and disaster recovery.
