Washington – The Maritime Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health is scheduled to meet Feb. 22-23 in Washington to discuss injury and illness prevention programs.
Other topics on the tentative agenda included man-overboard situations, confined space ventilation, radiation and eye-injury reduction. The full committee will meet Feb. 23, and the longshoring and shipyard workgroups will meet Feb. 22. Written statements and requests to speak at the full committee meeting must be submitted by Feb. 15.
