‘OSHA Cares’: Agency launches initiative webpage

Washington — OSHA is spotlighting its new “OSHA Cares” initiative.

“We want to help businesses not only meet federal requirements, but also build stronger, more successful safety and health programs that benefit both employers and workers,” the agency says on its new OSHA Cares webpage. “That’s why we are strengthening our customer service and expanding compliance assistance, including during enforcement visits.

“OSHA Cares is an agencywide effort to offer our support and guidance to all workplaces. Because we want everyone to go home safe.”

The webpage features links to information on:

“We want to provide practical, real-time insight, equipping employers with the tools needed to improve safety and health,” OSHA Assistant Secretary David Keeling says on the webpage. “Through open dialogue, responsive support and trusted resources, we can help workplaces move beyond compliance toward making sure workers go home safe.”
